nice new hotel, good beds, balcony, possibility to buy drinks at the reception
area is a bit far away from city centre (but still easy to do by tuktuk for 2 dollars), not all staff speaks english

The small balcony, soft bed, additional light switches by the bedside, and clean bathroom exceeded my expectations.
The room and linens smelled a bit of cigarette smoke even though it said 'non smoking'.

It's clean and tidy, in a calm street, the staff is friendly and they speak English, it is very close to the Genocide museum.

For Asian standards pretty fast internet connection. A lot of English tv channels, comfortable bet. Super nice shower.
Not in the city center, a half hour walk to main market, but only 2 dollar tuk tuk ride so not that bad.

a little bit far from the city center and even taxi driver takes time to figure out the exact venue
